Compatible keys will light up on the wheel and show up here, with the reason each one works.

Three rules. That's it.

Every Camelot-compatible mix follows one of these. Learn these three and you can mix by key without ever opening a theory book.

A = B

Same number, switch letter

Relative major/minor. 8A ↔ 8B is the smoothest transition on the wheel — same notes, different mood.

N±1

Same letter, shift one number

Move to the number just before or after, keeping the letter. This nudges energy up or down without clashing.

N = N

Same code

Identical Camelot code. Guaranteed harmonic match — this is why DJs key-match tracks before layering them at all.

Tuttii matches key & tempo automatically.

No wheel required. Drop songs in, Tuttii recommends the cleanest key and BPM for your mashup — and shows you a match score before you commit.
